Elevate mental health wellness
"Elevate to your greater good."
Dear potential client,
Thank you for considering me as your therapist. Others have described me as a nonjudgmental, kind, and sensitive soul, and I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
I understand that therapy can sometimes be anxiety-inducing, so we will move through the healing process at a pace that you are comfortable with. It can be helpful to have an idea of what you would like to focus on or start with, and I am happy to collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs.
I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities that empower you to recognize, process, and learn how to handle life’s stressors. I specialize in Trauma and Play Therapy, which can address a multitude of struggles by teaching you tools to deal with day-to-day issues, build coping skills, and re-write your story.
My goal is to help you take back control and power in your own way, in your own time, and under your own terms. We will work as a team to build resilience and mindfulness.
I am committed to continually expanding my toolbox to better serve you and my community, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or other identities.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Warmly,
Samantha
