Khristie offers a safe and convenient option for behavioral health care from the safety of your home. Telehealth is revolutionizing the way we access mental health services, breaking down barriers, and making therapy more accessible and convenient.

What are the benefits of Telehealth for mental health?

  1. Attend appointments without needing transportation, taking time off from work, or arranging for childcare.
  2. It offers flexibility, allowing you to schedule appointments at times that fit into your daily routine.
  3. Help reduce stress and ensure that you can entirely focus on your therapy session.
  4. For some individuals, visiting a mental health facility may bring about feelings of stigma or discomfort. Telehealth helps ease this concern.
  5. In situations where in-person appointments are not possible due to illness or travel, Telehealth ensures continuity of care.
  6. You can maintain regular contact with your therapist, ensuring your progress is not interrupted.
  7. Typically, with Telehealth, there is little to NO waitlist. Your needs are met sooner.

Those factors can be important in a long-term treatment plan.

Khristie offers Telehealth on a HIPPA-compliant platform, making mental health more accessible and convenient with no waitlist.
